2021 Park Ticket Terms & Conditions
All park and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise clearly stated.
At the point of purchase, the purchaser will choose a tariff according to the day(s) they intend to visit. E-tickets can only be used during the specified period. An additional surcharge will be applied upon admission for any tickets being redeemed during a higher-tariff period. Please note, for tickets purchased prior to 20/3/2020, this does not apply – all e-tickets issued before this date are valid for a visit during the remainder of the 2020 season or for redemption during the 2021 main season.
Advanced tickets are only available to purchase online and can be purchased at any time ahead of visiting the parks. These tickets are valid for entry on the same day as they were purchased.
Tickets are valid only for redemption at the park(s) denoted by the ticket. They are not transferable to the other park, unless you have purchased a Joint Park Ticket.
Park tickets are restricted to be redeemed only on the date(s) selected during the purchasing process. Where visiting dates change, surcharges will be applied to any tickets being redeemed outside of the suggested visiting date, where required, based on the above T&Cs.
Standard park tickets are not valid for any special events which fall outside of the normal park offering. (Eg, Terror Island, POLAR, or events where Vectis Ventures is not the promoter.)
An adult must accompany persons under 14 years of age during entry to the parks. This age is lifted to 16 years for evening openings from 6pm. Special events may have individual age restrictions. Please check event-specific T&Cs for more details.
Park entry tickets entitle you to a minimum of one visit only. Return visits are offered with our compliments for up to 7 days (up to and including the 7th day) from the date of first entry; after 1pm only and subject to standard entry terms & conditions. Special event tickets do not include 7–day returns as standard.
Return visits will only be permitted after 1pm and subject to capacity restrictions on the day of return. Please check our capacity indicator on our website for details ahead of your return visit.
Return visits under the 7-day returns policy during event days may not be permitted; or a surcharge may be required. Please check event-specific T&Cs for more details.
A designated person will be required to print and sign the provided receipt in order to receive complimentary 7-day returns. It is accepted that this countersign is provided on behalf of all the people on the ticket and the same person must print and sign the receipt upon admission on all subsequent visits.
Proof of name and signature (eg, bank card/driving licence) will be required to verify identity. If adequate proof is not obtained, or deemed unsatisfactory, return admittance to the park may be denied. This is at the discretion of our park management team.
Alternative days, discounts or refunds will not be permitted as a result of the full 7-day period not being redeemable due to park closure.
Whilst we operate Covid-safe policies and procedures in accordance with government guidance, all guests will be expected to adhere to all social distancing laws in force within England. This will include but may not be limited to; the requirement for a non-invasive temperature check prior to admission and the requirement to wear face coverings in retail spaces and on some ride attractions. Please refer to our Covid-19 guest information for more information.
In the event that Government-enforced closures are implemented on the parks or national travel restrictions prevent travel to the parks, a full refund on admission tickets and any upgrades purchased may be issued. The purchaser must provide proof of restrictions alongside a refund request directly to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com within 30 days of the original purchase. Any refund requests received after 30 days will not be permitted.
In the event that guests display symptoms of, or contract Coronavirus ahead of their visit, resulting in an inability to visit on the booked date, a date transfer may be permitted. The ticket may be transferred to an alternative date up to 12 months from the original booking. At least 72 hours’ notice ahead of the booked visit must be given directly to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com. Any transfer request received after this notice period will not be permitted and a refund will not be provided.
